    Registration Guideline

    All attendees must register using the AEPSE 2025 and ICSE & Regional INTERFINISH 2025 online registration system. It is recommended that attendees register in advance, before September 21, 2025, to take advantage of the Early-bird Registration discount.


    Registration Fees

    Online Registration

    * The registration fee covers attendance to all conference programs, including the conference souvenir. However, the fee does not include the conference banquet.
    * Once your registration is complete, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Registrants can check registration and payment status on 'My Page' after logging in to the online registration system.
    * All credit card payments for AEPSE2025 are securely processed by EXIMBAY, our official payment partner.




    Method of Payment

    • Credit Card : VISA, Master and JCB are accepted. Please clearly state credit card information.
    • Direct bank transfers should be made to the account below. A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to Secretariat either by email. (aepse2025@aepse.org)

    Cancellation and Refund Policy

    If you need to cancel your registration, please submit a written request via email to the secretariat. (aepse2025@aepse.org) Please note that any bank service charges will be deducted from the refunded amount. Also, all approved refunds will be issued after the conference has ended.
