Welcome to AEPSE 2025

As the Chairman of the Conference, I would like to cordially invite you to the 14^th Asian-European International Conference on Plasma Surface Engineering (AEPSE 2025) which will be held on November 3^rd (Monday) to 6^th (Thursday) in Phuket, Thailand.

AEPSE 2025 is jointly organized by the Asian Joint Committee for Applied Plasma Science and Engineering (AJC-APSE), the Korean Society of Surface Science and Engineering (KSSSE) and Science and Technology Park(STeP)of Chiang Mai University, in collaboration with the European Joint Committee on Plasma and Ion Surface Engineering (EJC/PISE).

Since the first AEPSE conference held in Seoul, Korea in 1997, the AEPSE conference has gained increasing interest as a globally recognized open forum for scientists and engineers in Asia, Europe, and other countries in the field of applied plasma science and engineering. The major topics in AEPSE 2025 will cover a variety of technological advances in plasma fundamentals, coatings and thin films, energy and environment, bio, medicine and agriculture, and materials and functional surface treatment, electroplating, plasma DX and AI etc. In addition, AEPSE2025 will be proceeding in parallel with International Conference on Surface Engineering(ICSE2025) and Interfinish Regional Symposium which are focused on variety of electrochemical surface technology.

Phuket is the world’s leading exotic island called as “Pearl of the Andaman Sea” with beauty of its emerald green sea and pure white sandy beach in southern Thailand, and the old Phuket Town of the retro streetscape formed by Sino-Portuguese style townhouses with attractive spots. We wish you a memorable forum in Phuket for discussion on state of art and future agenda on applied plasma science and engineering.
